Rebecca Bennet of Liberty County. Last Will and Testament dated July –, 1791; probated December 30, 1793. Gives to Hugh Bennet (son of Matthew Bennet) and Rebecca Robeson (daughter of Christian Robeson); to Hugh McCullough (son of James), certain legacies. Residue of estate to Mary and William Fleming, son and daughter of James Fleming, when William becomes 21. Executors: John Whitehead and James McCullough. Witnesses: Margaret McCullough, Rebecca Osgood and James Girardeau. Probated on testimony of Girardeau.
