  • To daughter Sarah S. Bacon “the negro girl called Cinda, together with the cattle in her mark, which is a split and under sawset in one ear, and upper seven in the other, with their future issue and increase.”

  • To daughter Susan A. Bacon “the negro woman called Nanny, with her two children Prince and Dick, together with the cattle in her mark, which is a split in one ear, and upper seven and under sawset in the other, together with their future issue and increase.”

  • To daughter Eliza S. Bacon “the negro girl Hannah, together with the cattle in her mark, which is a split and upper sawset in one ear, and upper seven in the other, together with their future issue and increase.”

  • To David A. Miller, when he turns 22 and not before, “the boy Cudjoe and girl Harriet.”

  • Balance of property to be equally divided between his three daughters.
