Bequests:

    • To granddaughter Ann Hart, “Abigail and her daughter Fanny, together with their future issue.”

    • To granddaughter Sarah Dunham “Dorah and her issue”

    • To grandson Adam Couper Dunham goes “Oscar”

    • To granddaughter Louisa Dunham “Rose and her issue”

    • All property not disposed of above is to be kept by the executors for the use and benefit of her daughter Mary Dunham as long as she lives, and at her death then to be equally divided among her children who are then living, except the above named Ann Hart, Sarah Dunham, Adam Couper Dunham and Louisa Dunham, who are not to have any part of the property reserved for her daughter.
