Bequests:

  • Gives to mother Elizabeth Baker and brothers Artemas Baker, Samuel Baker, John Baker and Richard Baker “the following negroes, Jim, Nanny, Rosina, Tim, share and share alike.”

  • Gives to mother Elizabeth Baker, and brothers Artemas Baker, Samuel Baker, John Baker and Richard Baker “the following property, two feather beds, two mattresses, gig, one foot gin, waggon, cart, andirons, plough, grandstone, glass and crocker ware, share and share alike.”

  • His “interest, claim, right, and title” to lands belonging to the estates of William J. Baker and William W. Baker to be equally divided between his mother and the above mentioned brothers.

  • His claim to stocks of cattle and hogs belonging to the estates of William J. Baker and William W. Baker be equally divided between his mother and above-mentioned brothers.
