Testator: Josiah Wilson, Liberty County, State of Georgia
I Josiah Wilson, of the County & State aforesaid, do make this my last will and testament. Item. I give and bequeath unto my son Dr. Josiah Wilson the girl by the name of Amelia, boy Prince & yellow Ben. I also give him ten head of my flock of sleep, together with the furniture I gave him at the division of the personal estate of General Stewart & the whole of my own I had given him previously. All the furniture that was moved down with my family in the spring, I wish returned to my plantation. The rest of my property, personal & real, I wish equally divided among my other children as they successively come of age, after my just debts are paid.
Executors: “my friends” Oliver Stevens, Odingsell Hart Esq. of Liberty, and Major Elias Fort of Chatham County.
